What you need to know:

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.
• Send us an email at buychomperchewz@gmail.com with your order number and what’s going on.
• When approved we’ll send you return instructions and a pre-paid return label if needed.
• Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the original item is received in its original condition
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not what you expected, please contact us right away, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
• All antlers are different and will wear different depending on size and Antler density.
• Return requests made after 30 days of delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Guarantees only apply to orders placed directly from buychomperchewz.com and does not apply to items purchased from third-party vendors or websites.
