Processing Time

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship via UPS or USPS to ensure the most efficient delivery to your neck of the woods. Once your order hits the road, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. shipping times can vary depending on weather and locations where shipping is going.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot modify, cancel, or change shipping addresses once a tracking number has been assigned. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any mix-ups.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email buychomperchewz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the items and packaging.

Lost/Stolen: If you haven’t received the package after showing "delivered" we recommend checking with neighbors and around your property. If it’s still missing after three business days, please reach out to us.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, we’re happy to go over reshipping options with you. Please send us an email to buychomperchewz@gmail.com.
